1 (3 ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
1 cup boiling water
¾ cup pineapple juice (not fresh juice)
1 (8 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup diced apple
⅓ cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Stir gelatin mix and boiling water together in a bowl until dissolved. Add pineapple juice and cranberry sauce, stir until incorporated and thickened. Fold in apple and walnuts. Pour gelatin mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
