Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 mini loaf pans.

  2. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, mix well. Fold in strawberries and walnuts. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean, about 1 hour.
