2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple tidbits, drained and patted dry
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
3 green onions, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno chile (or more to taste), seeded and chopped
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple tidbits, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and salt in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until berries pop, about 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and mix in green onions and jalapeno peppers. Garnish with rosemary.
