5 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup chopped scallions
⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 ½ pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ lime, juiced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, scallions, and parsley. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir until shrimp are no longer translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and toss in lime juice, cilantro, and butter.
