⅔ cup chopped pecans
½ Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into thin chips
½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup dried cherries, or to taste
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro, or to taste
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ cup honey

  1. Toss red cabbage, tomato, baby carrots, pineapple, pecans, apple, red bell pepper, dried cherries, green onion, cilantro, parsley, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper together in a large salad bowl until thoroughly combined. Gently mix mayonnaise into the slaw and drizzle with honey, stir again to combine all ingredients. Cover bowl and chill before serving.
