1 (9 ounce) package Johnsonville® Flame Grilled Black Pepper & Sea Salt Chicken Breast, halved and sliced
½ cup diced red bell pepper
2 cups frozen peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
⅔ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon zest, or more to taste
¾ teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, saute the pepper and peas in olive oil and butter for 6 minutes or until crisp tender, add garlic and saute an additional minute.

  2. Add cream cheese, chicken broth, lemon zest and salt. Cook until smooth, add the chicken and pasta. Cook until heated through.

  3. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
