3 eggs
¾ cup honey
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

  2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes.

  3. Place diced avocado in a food processor, blend until completely smooth.

  4. Whisk eggs, honey, cocoa powder, coconut flour, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in bowl until well mixed. Add avocado puree, stir until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.

Gluten-free, grain-free, and sugar-free brownies. Once done, no one will ever know they contain avocados. I know it sounds crazy, but the avocados really do work! They make these brownies very creamy.
