2 pounds swai fish
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning, or to taste
salt to taste
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon capers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place fish in a baking dish and drizzle melted butter over fish, season with garlic powder, garlic pepper seasoning, and salt. Top fish with lemon slices and capers.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

Recipe Note

I use basa fish fillets. They are mild, sweet, firm-textured and can be dressed up with just about anything. There aren't many recipes for basa out there, so I created my own using my favorite flavors.
