Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli, cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a pan with 2-inch sides.
