2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup rolled oats
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar, divided
¼ cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange apples in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

  3. Combine flour, oats, white sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar in a bowl, mix in 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in water and egg until smooth. Spread batter evenly over apple mixture.

  4. Mix remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a bowl, sprinkle over batter. Dot with butter.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 45 to 50 minutes.

Not really sure what to call this. It's a cross between an apple crisp and an apple cobbler. I cut out a lot of ingredients in an attempt to make it healthier.
